In collaboration with All Access (Province of Luxembourg), we would like to inform you that improvements have been made to :

The hotel is located opposite Poix-Saint-Hubert railway station.

There are 42 rooms in the hotel.
The hotel is housed in two buildings linked by a footbridge (not secured).

These buildings are easy to identify.
There is signage on each of the two buildings.

Entrances :

There are two possible entries:

  • by the restaurant (rue des Ardennes 18)
  • from the hotel (rue des Ardennes 10 via the footbridge)

If you enter through the restaurant door, there is a small step.
This door is not secured by contrasting markings.
The entrance door is manual.

If you enter through the hotel, you’re in the basement.
There is a revolving door.
Then take the lift or the stairs.
The reception desk is located at the end of the walkway.

Ground floor:

  • There is the hotel reception.
    The reception counter has a lowered section.
    There are seats for waiting.
  • There’s the restaurant and the breakfast room.
    There are round tables.
    Table heights vary between 73 and 76 cm.
  • There is a bar.
    Next to the bar, there is an unsecured drop.
  • There is a quiet area to make a phone call or buy a coffee from the vending machine.
  • There is a meeting room.
  • There’s a small area with documentation for tourists.
  • It’s easy to get around
  • The spaces are well lit, making them easy to lip-read.
  • Contrasts are generally present between the floor and the walls.

Staircases and lifts :

  • There is a lift to the different floors (no voice synthesis).
  • The corridors are narrow.
    In the corridors, there is carpet in the living room.
    This can be difficult to walk on.
  • The various staircases are not equipped with full handrails or safety strips.

Rooms :

  • Contrasting signage is displayed on bedroom doors.
  • If you have difficulty walking, rooms 28 and 29 are preferable.
  • The access door to the bedroom is narrow.
  • Some rooms have beams.
    They represent an obstacle if you are visually impaired.


Other information :

  • Breakfast is served buffet style.
    Staff are on hand to help if needed.
  • There is a terrace at the entrance to the hotel (in the basement).

  • The hotel has several floors.
  • There is a lift for people in wheelchairs or with special needs.
  • The corridors are narrow
  • There’s carpet on the floor.
  • The stairs are not safe enough because :
    • There is only one handrail for the stairs.
    • This handrail does not start at the beginning of the staircase.

Rooms :

  • If you have difficulty walking, you can request room 28 or 29 when booking.
  • The width of the door to enter the bedroom is narrow.
  • Some rooms have wooden beams. You have to be careful not to hit your head.

Other information :

  • For breakfast, you can serve yourself.
  • The staff are there to help you if you need it.
  • There is a terrace near the hotel entrance (in the basement).
