Guided forest baths in Tenneville
In collaboration with All Access, we would like to inform you that facilities are planned for :
- people with walking difficulties
- people in wheelchairs
- the hearing impaired
- the visually impaired
- people with comprehension difficulties
- people with autism

The forest baths organised by the Syndicat d’Initiative in Tenneville are certified by Access-i.

- Duration: about 1h30
- Difficulty: easy
- Distance: 1 km loop
- Incline: gentle slopes
- Width of path: 1.50 to 2 metres
- Ground surface: packed gravel, secure wooden footbridges
- This route is chosen in priority
- Duration: approximately 2 hours
- Difficulty: easy to medium
- Distance: 3 km round trip
- Difference in altitude
- some slopes
- more than 10% gradient in places
- it is essential to be accompanied
- Ground surface: most of the route is asphalted access to the trees is on a natural path: only accessible in dry weather
- The forest bath on this route can also be used to get to the Bilaude observation area (access is not asphalted and the path is smooth).
- Duration: around 2 hours
- Difficulty: easy to medium
- Distance: approx. 3 km (round trip + loop)
- Difference in altitude: steep to gentle slopes
- Surface: the loop trail is on a natural path, which is very intuitive.
- This route is preferable for people with autism, as it is expected to be very busy on route 1.

Advance booking is essential.
To enable the guide to adapt the forest bath to the needs of the participants, a form is sent at the time of booking.

There is no toilet on site.
A PRM toilet is available at the Total Genin station.
Toilets are available on request: ask at the counter for the key.
For everyone, access is €0.50 per person if the person using the toilet does not consume.
It is located along the Nationale 4 through Tenneville (address: rue de la Barrière 10, 6970 Tenneville).
There is no specially designated car park in front of the station.
The toilet is located in the shop.
It is accessible via a ramp on the left of the building (near the hairdressing salon).
The shop doors are automatic.
Enter from the left of the building and exit to the right.
n the toilet, for wheelchair users: reverse entry is recommended.

There is no wifi on site.

Assistance dogs are welcome.

The forest bath takes place on a wheelchair-accessible route.
On request, guide Delphine can take along a folding chair (tripod) for people with walking difficulties.

Delphine, the guide, has taken an introductory course in lip-reading.
She has also been trained in sign language adapted to forest bathing.

Before coming to the walk, we’ll send you a little book in Easy to Read and Understand.
In the book, there are photos of the car park.
There are photos of the walk.
During the walk, the guide Delphine will suggest some little games:
- to smell
- to see
- to listen
- to feel with your body
- to touch

The guide, Delphine, will be attentive to any special sensory needs.
Once you have registered, we will send you a guide booklet.
In this booklet, you’ll find useful information and visual cues to help you prepare for the activity.
You can print out this booklet and take it with you during the forest bath.
We’ve taken photos of the car park, the route and the places to stop and listen to our guide Delphine.
During the activity, Delphine will suggest exercises using your senses:

- to feel with your body
- to touch
The place and the activity are calm.
They help to lower the sensory threshold.

Access to the trees is via a natural path.
On route 1, there are footbridges lined with railings and raised edges.
The other 2 routes are natural paths and tracks.
There are no special facilities.
During the activity, Delphine will suggest exercises with the senses.
If you wish, you can take part in the sensory exercise she suggests.
