The “Valgrange” holiday home is certified by Access-i. Consult the file on the Access-i website.
This holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms.
The address is rue de Genonval 10, 6972 Wyompont.
The Valgrange gîte is clearly visible from the road. It is signposted with a green “Gîte à la ferme” sign.

Booking in advance is essential.
There is a car park reserved for guests of the gîte. The car park is on a slope a few metres from the entrance. It is signposted “parking”.
For your convenience, you can stop in front of the gîte access ramp when you disembark.
If you are in a wheelchair, you will need help to access the ramp, which is a little steep. The access ramp leads to the terrace and the front door of the gîte.
There is a separate accessible toilet. The toilet is spacious. Wheelchair users need to enter in reverse, as there is not enough space to turn around.
Wifi is available in the gîte.
Assistance dogs are welcome but must be notified when booking.
The owner, Pascale Duplicy, is on hand to do her utmost to meet holidaymakers’ needs.

Ground floor:
The entrance is wide enough for wheelchair users.
Assistance to cross the threshold is desirable (+-3 cm).
The ground floor is on one level and easy to get around.
There is one bedroom with a shower room.
There is a separate accessible toilet.
The toilet is spacious.
Wheelchair users need to enter in reverse, as there is not enough space to turn around.
There is also a room that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen.
There is some overhead furniture, but most of the equipment is in the lower units.
In the kitchen area, there is no clearance under the sink and hob.
Stairs:
The first floor is accessible by a staircase and secured by a handrail.
There is a barrier at the top of the stairs to secure the upstairs.
Bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor:
The lighting is automatic and the interior doors are sliding or easy to open.
The room is equipped with an audible and visual fire alarm system.
The shower room is well-lit and accessible via a sliding door.
The shower is level and equipped with a stool.
Floor:
There are 3 bedrooms.
There is a bathroom with a sauna.
There is a seating area with two large armchairs.
There is an outside terrace.
Games room in the basement:
This room is accessible from inside via a staircase.
There is a billiards table and a mini football game.
Wheelchair users are advised to access the games room from outside via the ramp.
Assistance is needed to make it easier to climb the ramp, which is a little too steep.
The games room is spacious and easy to move around.
Terraces :
There is a terrace on the ground floor.
The terrace is paved and secured by gabion walls.
The space is uncluttered and easy to move around.
The table is at a convenient height for wheelchair users.
The barbecue is also at the right height for wheelchair users.
There is another small terrace on the first floor secured by low walls for moments of relaxation.
Other information:
The entire gîte has well-lit areas.

If there’s a fire, you can hear and see an alarm.
The alarm means you have to get out of the cottage very quickly.
The bathroom has :
A large shower with two sinks.
A stool in the shower for easy access.
Downstairs, there is also :
A living room with television and wifi for mobile phone calls.
A large dining table.
A kitchen for preparing meals. A person in a wheelchair will find it difficult to use the oven and sink.
Stairs:
To climb the stairs, you can hold on to the rope near the wall.
You need to close the barrier at the top of the stairs to avoid falling.
Upstairs:
There are three large bedrooms
There is a bathroom with a sauna.
A sauna is a wooden cabin.
It’s very hot in the sauna.
You can go into a sauna to feel good.
There is a quiet area with two armchairs for resting or reading.
Upstairs, there’s also a terrace with armchairs.
The terrace is outside.
In the games room downstairs, there is :
pool table
Mini football
Games for children.
Wheelchair users must ask for assistance to enter the games room.
On the terrace below:
Around the terrace, there are walls made of large pebbles.
There is a large table with chairs.
There is space for wheelchair users.
There is also a barbecue.

You can go for walks in the countryside near the gîte.
There are not many cars.
